Costs - the only fixed cost for VOIP is 10 PLN/month for the use of a telephone number. Later you pay only for what you talking.

VOIP is a service that allows you to make telephone calls using the Internet. VOIP can reduce the cost of telephone calls. Depending on your subscription, you can reduce your call costs up to 50%. For example, the cost of calls to all fixed numbers in Poland costs only 0,09PLN / min! 

To use the VOIP service you need any computer. With a program to handle VOIP calls from your computer, you can call, receive calls, send faxes. Users who value the convenience should have VOIP gateway, which they can buy and configure themselves. It's also possible to buy or rent it at our office.

Full control of costs except the subscription fee - there are no hidden costs. Our service operates using prepaid - you pay a specified amount which is appended to your account and talk as long as you use the entire amount. The status of your account you are allowed to check any time by logging into the portal subscriber (if you have purchased additional service) or by writing an email to customer service at email adress: biuro@sloneczko.net

Security - we (default) block calls to numbers which are starting with: 0700 and 0400. At your wish we can block calls to international or mobile numbers. Notwithstanding the limit of the amount that the client payed at his own VOIP account - don't allow to generate any large bill.

Do I need to be Słoneczko.net network user to use VOIP? Yes. The offer is directed to current and future clients of Sloneczko.net with signed contract for internet access.

Contract for an indefinite timeperiod - at any time you can cancel the VOIP service without additional costs.
